    针对柴油车欧V及以上排放标准,威孚开发了催化型颗粒捕集器,即在载体孔壁表面涂覆一层催化剂涂层。其主要作用能够降低颗粒起燃温度,降低主动再生期间的油耗和载体烧损风险,促进DPF的被动再生能力,还能净化再生时产生的HC和CO气相污染物。威孚的CDPF产品,不仅有很高的催化净化能力,而且通过涂覆工艺的开发,其背压相对较低,能够满足各类柴油车匹配。
    To meet Euro-V and beyond standards, Weifu has developed the catalyst coating for diesel particulate filter which is called catalyzed diesel particulate filter (CDPF). The catalyst coated in the pores of DPF wall can decrease active regeneration temperature in order to cut fuel consumption and risk of heat damage. It can also improve passive regeneration by oxidation of NO and purify HC and CO during active regeneration. Weifu has high coating technology for CDPF which has lower back pressure than other competing products with same coating amount.
