针对柴油车欧IV及以上排放标准，威孚开发了一系列柴油车氧化型催化剂，可以催化氧化尾气中大部分HC，CO和SOF成分。威孚公司DOC系列产品不仅可单独使用，且可与SCR或DPF配合使用。在SCR系统中，可以部分氧化NO为NO2，促进快速SCR反应；在DPF系统中，则为DPF再生提供燃油快速起燃升温作用和氧化NO为NO2促进被动再生效率。通过载体材料、分子筛微观结构，使得DOC以较低贵金属用量实现良好的低温活性。
Weifu has developed a series of diesel oxidation catalysts to meet Euro-IV and beyond emission regulation. The DOC can reduce most HC,CO and SOF from the vehicle exhaust. Not only can DOC be solely used, but also it can be used in combination with SCR or DPF. In SCR system, it can oxidize partial NO to NO2 to promote fast-SCR reaction. While in DPF system, the fuel injected is fast catalytically oxidized to initiateactive regeneration, and most NO is oxidized to NO2 to improve passive regeneration. Weifu DOC possesses excellent low temperature light-off catalytic performance with low PGM loading using improved support materialsand zeolitewith micro structure.
